Casa Kobaab Tulum

I am so grateful for the amazing experience I had staying at Casa Kobaab for a week the owners Roxy and Ramon are very kind and caring. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great. The property itself is also breathtakingly gorgeous and the rooms are equipped with everything you need. I also loved how everything was within walking distance from the hotel and I was also provided some really nice recommendations! The area is very safe for female solo travelers. I already miss this place and will definitely return again!

I recently stayed at this charming boutique hotel in Tulum, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning design that perfectly blends rustic chic with modern luxury. The rooms are beautifully decorated, offering a serene and intimate atmosphere with breathtaking views of the jungle. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, providing personalized service and attention to every detail. There’s an extra service where they served delicious homemade, locally sourced cuisine, and the cocktails & wines were exceptional. I also loved the peaceful pool area – a perfect spot to relax and unwind. If you stayed at the presidential suite (Jade) as I like to call it, you’ll have your own private pool. This boutique hotel is a hidden gem in Tulum. If you're looking for a unique and luxurious escape, this is the place to be. I can't wait to return!

A little paradise escape in the jungle STUNNING design. Clean, relaxing, and welcoming! Thank you, Roxy, for taking such good care of us! The breakfast is all cooked by the owner herself and organic. There’s a music studio, beautiful rooftop, very instagramable pool (minus the crowds) and a net in the trees for you to rest on! What a breath of fresh air in this saturated Tulum market! Thank you, we loved it!

Roxy and Ramon are amazing people - warm, loving, and just great to be around. They really put much thought into everything they do. It was my first time in Mexico, and I couldn't have asked for a better start. It’s more than just a place to stay; it feels like a home away from home :) The place is spotless, with beautiful rooms and lovely architecture immersed in nature. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and generous. The AC is quiet, the showers warm, the bed veeeeery comfy, there’s a kitchen in the room which was super convenient, you can rent bikes, you get great tips from true locals, the cleaning service was incredible - they even organized my clothes laying around in the closet, which was a nice surprise. The list could go on… Tulum is a beautiful place with a lot of stuff worth to visit and I always felt very safe day & night. I miss you guys and Hendrix already. Thank you so much for everything! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Title: A True Oasis of Comfort and Hospitality! Both the hotel and the managers, are absolutely excellent! This place truly feels like an oasis of comfort and warm hospitality. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The location is peaceful, yet just a 15-minute walk to the restaurant street - no need for a car or taxi. The beach is about 15 minutes away by bike (available for rent) or car, and the access road is relatively good by Tulum standards. But what really sets this hotel apart is the outstanding hospitality and helpfulness of the managers. They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. It’s simply a fantastic place to be!

Amazing place with the nicest hosts ever! The hotel is in a quiet location, the hosts (Ramon, Roxy and Kevin) run the family business with a lot of attention to detail and we loved it! They are so welcoming and nice, even invited us to their place on the first evening. Rooms are excellent, spacious, have a small kitchen and everything you could ask for. Rooms were cleaned every day! Laundry service is available. You can rent bikes or ATVs to get around Tulum easily. Breakfast is selfmade by Roxy and Ramon - totally healthy options! We loved it! 100% recommended. Would come back to this place any time!

Roxy and Ramon are excellent hosts! My wife and I stayed for a week at their beautiful place for our honeymoon. They made it special for us, gave us ideas on local restaurants and also cooked up delicious breakfast! We didn’t want to leave, and the best part was the place itself. Our room was the Lapiz Lazuli suite with its own pool. It was spacious, clean and private. There is housekeeping onsite and they did such a great job cleaning/maintaining our suite.The location was perfect as you are a short distance from local eatery and boutique stores. This is a hotel which is lead by a family and you really can feel the love they feel doing their job. The service was amazing and much more than we expected. The room was absolutely clean and very modern. We would recommend renting a scooter, bike or a quad for being flexible. We would love coming back to Roxy and her family Thanks for having us, guys.
